CalenceTCM Solution


Telecom Cost Management (TCM) provides a service that allows you to efficiently manage your voice, data and wireless telecommunications expenses, as well as vendor contracts. Our negotiators individually have 15+ years experience in negotiating domestic as well as international telecom contracts. Our carrier relationships and TEM management experience provide our clients the opportunity to tap into experience and dedicated resources they can't maintain in-house.  
  • CalenceCELLSM  - Our solution ensures clients get the most out of corporate liable cellular plans. Through regular analysis, we ensure our clients leverage the most efficient and cost effective plans and or pools for their employee base.  In addition to plan optimization, we provide a simple corporate employee web portal for all device ordering activity and approval. The centrally managed inventory and invoice processing enable us to provide real time optimization results. The service includes full provisioning, dispute management, usage reviews down to individual personal and business calls, invoice assurance, device accountability and plan optimization support.
