Rob Pinkham, Senior Vice President
Rob Pinkham is the Senior Vice President of the Insight Networking Business Unit. In this role, he has responsibility for all of our Regions (sales and service), National Practices, and Sales Support teams, with the respective heads of these organizations reporting to him. In addition to day to day field and business operations, he provides strategic direction for the business unit and its integration with the other Insight business units. Pinkham joined Calence in 2001 as an Executive Vice President. He brings a deep sales and marketing background from over 20 years of experience in both domestic and international leadership roles with major consumer brands including Kraft, Prince Sporting Goods, Mercury Marine and Reebok. Pinkham received his undergraduate degree from The Pennsylvania State University and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University in Chicago.
William McCarthy, Senior Vice President, Management Services
William McCarthy serves as SVP of Management Services. This practice manages or provides network services to clients in over 45 countries, across multiple technologies in Data, Voice, Security, Mobility, Optical, TelePresence and other specialized niche platforms. He also manages our Network BPO practice where we operate client network’s and provide a full network service using Insight employees and our best practices to deliver it. And lastly, McCarthy runs our Telecom Expense Management (TEM) practice, where we manage and/or operate our clients Telecom spend in provisioning, inventory management, invoice processing, bill pay and even include contract negotiations with the service providers. Management Services is our fastest growing part of Insight Networking. McCarthy joined Calence in 2004 and has served in a variety of senior leadership positions in sales management, operations and professional services at companies such as IBM, Accenture, CGI, Venturi Partners and Hewitt and Associates. He has additional experience in Network & Internet consulting services, IT Infrastructure, Business Process Outsourcing, shared service operations and onsite/offshore software application development. He has also had the unique experience of building out, staffing resources and managing offshore BPO service centers in both India and Brazil. McCarthy received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida International University.
